Terms and conditions
When you place an order to purchase a product from www.empiremusicstore.com, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the detail of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we have dispatched that product to you, this called a CDE or "Confirmation of dispatch e-mail".
That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the CDE to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a CDE to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.
Cancelation procedure You are free to cancel an order before payment has been taken free of charge.
Cancelation requests must be sent to [email protected] with the \One music ltd order number and product reference in the subject field and with the word 'CANCEL'. Any transportation costs for cancelled orders must be paid by the purchaser, except in instances where the goods supplied are faulty, have been supplied in error, or miss-described by the seller. We can arrange collection of a cancelled order on behalf of the purchaser, and a collection charge will be confirmed when the collection is arranged.
Orders cannot be cancelled where the goods have been altered by the purchaser in any way from the original condition. This does not affect your statutory rights 7 day money back guarantee In accordance with the Distance selling regulations, any goods can be returned for any reason within 7 working days from the time of dispatch for a refund, less carriage costs.
Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging.
If you decide that you do not wish to keep the item you can either return it to us yourself, via a professional delivery company including sufficient insurance or contact us at returns email and we will arrange collection. The average cost for a collection is £45.50, up to 20kg but with larger items can be more.
There will also be an administration fee to cover our expenses, usually 20% of the overall value of the product(s).
Please note that this money back guarantee does not apply to software that has been opened (see below) or hardware that includes software as part of the package, where the software component has been opened. Video/Audio content in the form of CDs or DVDs also cannot be returned if the item has been opened.
Returns and refunds
Refunds can only be made by the method originally used to pay for the goods. Credit/Debit card refunds will be processed immediately and can take up to 28 working days to show on the customer’s account.
Goods that have been altered from their original condition in any way cannot be returned.
Goods cannot be returned as faulty where a specific defect in the product was brought to the attention of the customer at the point of sale.
Within 28 days of the date of delivery, we will arrange for the collection and replacement of faulty goods. Outside of 28 days from the date of delivery, we will arrange from the return of faulty goods from us to the manufactures for repair, under the terms of manufacturer’s warranty agreement. This policy is invalidated if the goods have been altered in any way from the original condition, or if the fault is due to misuse by the purchaser.
Orders for software products or hardware that includes software as part of the package, cannot be refunded one the software has been opened. Video/Audio content in the form of CDs or DVDs also cannot be returned if the item has been opened. If further clarification is required on our returns policy regarding software and video/audio content.
Please email returns Returns for any item bought in store that has been bought in on a special order and not generally available in store, for the customer and returned with the above requirements will only be offered a credit note. Any second-hand items bought in store are only refunded if faulty and not fit for purpose. This does not affect your statutory rights.
When the product is ready for collection, either purchased from our website or in store One Music Ltd will contact the customer by phone specified by the customer. The customer shall inform One Music Ltd of reasonable times during normal working hours when the product will be collected from our premises. If the Customer does not contact One Music Ltd within two weeks of purchase, will charge a storage fee of £1.45 per day up to 3 months wherein the title to the product shall pass to One Music Ltd, who shall be free to dispose of or sell the product. If the product is sold, the customer is entitled to any proceeds left over once we have recovered any amount owed by the customer for storage plus any other expenses in this process.
Repairs & Upgrades
Quotations/estimates are issued subject to the price and availability of the necessary components required at the time of acceptance.
One Music Ltd reserve the right to submit a revised estimate if,

2 The cost of any parts are subject to price amendment by the supplier. Where an estimate has been provided and there has been no reply within 30 days we will assume the item is a refused estimate.
All items are left at the owner’s risk.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Customers may pay by Cash or Credit/Debit Card & PayPal. Payments by cheque are no longer accepted.
OUTSTANDING INVOICES & LEGAL CORRESPONDENCE
The Company reserves the right to pursue in court any Debtor for full payment of all outstanding invoices. In such event the Buyer shall be responsible for legal costs in the preparation and completion of the Company's action for debt. Further more any legal notices or letters requiring response, a legal flat fee of £280.00 plus an admin fee of £120.00 per correspondence will be charged. Written letter will be charge at £35.00 per letter, £23.00 per phone call, and £10.00 per email.
On this site, specifications and information supplied are, to the best of our knowledge correct.
We do, however, reserve the right to alter them without notice if necessary.
One Music Ltd warrants that any repair made hereunder shall be free of defect in material and workmanship for the period of 90 days after the repair date of the product.
This warranty does not cover any other faults not previously reported by the customer or any new faults developed during the warranty period.
This warranty excludes wear and tear, physical damage, any damage due to incorrect use or misuse and any damage due to unauthorized repair or attempt to repair.
Once the unit is removed from the premises we cannot be held responsible for further damage or fault. One Music Ltd does not accept any responsibility when the product is used in an adverse environment or conditions outside the specifications of the product.
Additionally, it has been subjected to unapproved modifications or was used in combination with other equipment with unapproved modifications.
Uncollected repaired products.
When the product is ready for collection, One Music Ltd will contact the customer by phone specified by the customer. The customer shall inform One Music Ltd of reasonable times during normal working hours when the product will be collected from our premises.
If the Customer does not contact One Music Ltd within three months, the title to the product shall pass to One Music Ltd, who shall be free to dispose of or sell the product. If the product is sold, the customer is entitled to any proceeds left over once we have recovered any amount owed by the customer plus our expenses in this process.
Where the Customer was informed that the product is beyond economical repair or where the estimate has been refused, the customer shall inform One Music Ltd of reasonable times during normal working hours when the product will be collected from our premises. If the product is not collected within 90 days, the title to the product shall pass to One Music Ltd, who shall be free to dispose of the product. The customer will be liable for any charges for such a disposal.
Customer’s details, such as Name, Address, Phone Number(s) and email Addresses are only kept on our copy of any invoice. These records are kept for a minimum of six years in accordance with taxation laws. The contents of which, are never disclosed to any third party unless forced by law. Any other personal information, either on paper or contained in an email, is destroyed after the conclusion of the sale/service. No financial information is stored on this website or on our computers.
Credit Cards. All Credit/Debit Card information is destroyed/deleted at the end of each successful transaction.
